Refunds/Cancellations

If you have paid for a booking using your debit or credit card and need to cancel then we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow us to contact you to determine whether you would like to rebook or request a full refund. Any cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to the booked appointment or a no-show by the client will result in the full charge being levied without refund.

 

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We operate a totally discreet and secure card acceptance service. The descriptor that will appear on your card statement will bear no relation to the website or service provided.

Complaints


In the unlikely event, where you are unhappy with your chosen accomadation , please contact us immediately so that we can take the necessary action to rectify the situation. Please note that after the booking is concluded, we are unable to take retrospective action, however any complaints are taken very seriously and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are ultimately satisfied with our Company. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion and recommend that they should be viewed every time you make a booking as the Terms may have changed since your last viewing.
